Pediatri Hemşirelerinin Tıbbi Hatalardaki Tutumları

Amaç: Pediatri hemşirelerinin tıbbi hatalardaki tutumlarının belirlenmesidir. Çalışma tanımlayıcı tiptedir ve bir çocuk hastanesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemi 179 hemşireden oluşmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında “Sosyodemografik Soru Formu” ve “Tıbbi Hatalarda Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 20 programında; sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri verilerek yapılmıştır. Akut Lenfoblastik Lösemi Tanılı Bir Olgunun Neuman Sistemler Modeli’ne Göre Değerlendirilmesi

Lösemiler, hematopoetik hücrelerin neoplastik değişimi ile karakterize hastalıklardandır. Bu olgu sunumunda, Akut Lenfoblastik Lösemi tanılı bir çocukta uygulanması gereken hemşirelik bakımı Neuman Sistemler Modeli yaklaşımı ve North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) tanıları ile ele alınmıştır. Objective: This study was conducted to determine hemolysis rates for venous blood samples drawn by injector and vacutainer holder and to assess the effect of the venipuncture technique on the process of hemolysis.
