ÖZETBu araştırma, iş kazasına yönelik risk faktörlerinin incelenmesi, çalışma ortamı ve demografik özelliklerin risk faktörü oluşturup oluşturmadığını tespit etmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Bu amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan anket formu, bir elektrik dağıtım firmasında çalışan 440 çalışana uygulanmıştır.Anketlerden elde edilen bulgular, bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 22.0 istatistik bilgisayar programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. ÖZETBu çalışmada, enginar yaprağı ekstraktının sardalya balığından yapılan kadınbudu köftelerinin mikrobiyolojik, kimyasal ve duyusal özellikleri üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. 0.5, 1, 1.5 ve 2 oranında enginar yaprağı ekstraktı sardalya balığından üretilen kadınbudu köftelere ilave edilmiştir.
