Çalışmamız bir fenomenoloji tezi olmaktan ziyade fenomenoloji felsefesinin edebî bir tür olan romandaki mekân ile ilişkisini ele almaktadır. Bir yorumlama ve analiz metodu olarak tercih ettiğimiz fenomenolojik mekân yaklaşımı, edebi metinlerin incelenmesinde felsefi bir arka plan üzerinden yazınsal okumalara önemli bir katkı sunmaktadır. The aim of this study is to examine the experiential dimension of the spirit worlds of the characters that are reflected in space and integrate with it and create meaning by considering the perception of space from a phenomenological point of view in Murathan Mungan's novels after creating a framework for the phenomenological approach to space with Gaston Bachelard's space poetics.
