ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is investigate the efficacy of ozone and stromal vascular fraction (SVF) on guided bone regeneration model in rabbit calvarium. Thirty adult male New Zealand rabbits were used in this study. The study included ten groups, one of which was a control group. Two titanium barriers were fixed on each rabbit’s calvarium. ÖZETDistraksiyon Osteogenezis (DO), 1992 yıllından itibaren maksillofasiyal bölgedeki kemik deformitelerinde etkin bir tedavi seçeneği olarak yerini almıştır. Bu sayede kademeli olarak belli bir sürede büyük kemik hareketlendirmeleri yapılabilmekte ve aynı zamanda yumuşak dokuların da adaptasyonu için yeterli zaman sağlanmaktadır. DO’ da konsodilasyon (pekiştirme) süresinin operasyondan önce tam olarak tahmin edilememesi ve 12 haftaya kadar uzayabilmesi DO’ nun en büyük dezavantajı olarak görülmektedir.
