ÖZETBu çalışma, Türkiye’deki ülkesel ve bölgesel, eylemli turist rehberlerinin algıladıkları iş stresi faktörlerini ve uyguladıkları başetme yöntemlerini belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır. Bununla birlikte, bireysel farklılıkların ve iş yapısının, algılanan iş stresi faktörlerini ve seçilen başetme yöntemlerini etkileyip etkilemediği incelenmiştir.
