Bu çalışmanın ana hedefi, efüzyon soğutma sisteminde iç akış kanalı boyunca ve delik çıkışlarında oluşan akış özelliklerini, metal sıcaklık dağılımını, ısı transferi katsayısını ve soğutma verimini tahmin edebilen bir boyutlu indirgenmiş model (İM) oluşturulmasıdır.ABSTRACTRising the turbine inlet temperature in gas turbine engines is the principal way to increase the thermal efficiency of the engine. Accordingly, turbine cooling technology has made great progress in the past years. Thanks to the complex inner channel geometries and the protective air layer (film) covering the surface, the main gas temperatures can exceed the strength of the material. In state-of-the-art film cooling technology, there are holes in the turbine surface of roughly 1mm order in diameter. This creates a film surface of variable thickness and effectiveness. For this reason, thermal stresses are at a significant level. This technology is not particularly applicable to micro gas turbine blades typically 2-3 cm long. Effusion cooling technique is similar but much smaller diameter (0.1mm) and much greater number of holes are used. Due to the difference in Reynolds numbers, the developed correlations for film cooling technology cannot be applied directly to effusion cooling. The main goal of this study is to create a one-dimensional reduced model (ROM) that can predict the flow properties, metal temperature distribution, heat transfer coefficient and cooling efficiency along the inner flow channel and hole outlets in the effusion cooling system.
