Sağlık 4.0: Sanayide öngörülen devrimin sağlığa yansımaları

ÖZETÜretim sektöründeki dijital dönüşüme adını veren Sanayi 4.0 uygulamaları sağlık sektöründe de önemli bir yere sahip olmakla birlikte, sağlık alanında Sağlık 4.0 kavramıyla anılmaktadır. Sağlık 4.0 ile tüm sağlık alanında reaktif olan ve hizmet için ücret ödemesine odaklanan bir sistemden, sonuçları ölçen ve proaktif önlemeyi sağlayan değer temelli bir sistem anlayışına yönelme söz konusudur. Çünkü yaşlı nüfustaki artış ile doğru orantılı olarak kronik hastalıklarda yaşanan artışlar ve yeni tarz hastalıkların ortaya çıkması teknolojik ilerlemelere ayak uydurmayı bir gereklilik haline getirmiştir. Bu yüzden zamanla sağlığa duyulan ihtiyaçta yaşanan artış, kişi ve ülke ekonomisinde büyük bir yük oluşturduğu için yapılan sağlık harcamalarının azaltılmasına yönelik olarak teknolojik uygulamalarının geliştirilmesi zorunlu bir hal almıştır. Aynı zamanda Sanayi 4.0 uygulamaları sağlık sektöründe bireyden ulusa kadar her düzeyde farklı yoğunluklarda kendisini göstermektedir. Günümüzde yaşanan Covid-19 süreci ise bu teknolojik gelişmelerin ilerlemesini tetikleyecek potansiyele sahiptir. Bu nedenle yürütülen tez çalışmasının amacı Sanayi 4.0 sürecinde gelişme gösteren teknolojilerin sağlık alanında ne ölçüde yer edindiğini bilimsel yayınları inceleyerek tespit etmek ve haritalandırmaktır.ABSTRACTIndustry 4.0 applications, which gives its name to the digital transformation in production sector, has also an important place in healthcare and they are accepted as with in the concept of Health 4.0. With Health 4.0, it is clear that there ise a tendency to move from a system which is reactive in all healtcare sector and that focuses on getting payment in return for the services provided, into a new system which evaluates the results and provides proactive precautions and which is also based on moral values. Because the increasing numbers in chronic diseases which is related to the increase of the elderly population and the emergence of new illnesses it became necessary to keep up with the latest technological developments. For this reason, the increasing demands for healthcare services became a huge burden for personal budgets and the economy of the state, it became mandatory to develop technological applications to decrease the cost of healthcare services. At the same time, Industry 4.0 practices show themselves in different densities in the health sector at all levels from individual to nation. Today, the Covid-19 process has the potential to trigger the progress of these technological developments. The aim of the thesis study which is being carried out ise to establish and map the technologies which progressed a lot during Industry 4.0 period and to dentify to what extend these tecnologies have been in healthcare sector by studying scientific works.
