Tedarik zincirinde blokzincirin kalite fonksiyon yayılımıyla 3pl şirketlerinde incelenmesi

Özet:Tedarik zinciri ve lojistik iş akışı süreçlerinin yönetimi zincirdeki paydaşlar ve işlemlerin artmasından dolayı giderek daha da karmaşık bir hale gelmektedir. Bununla birlikte, tüketicilerin taleplerinin sürekli değişmesi ile sektörde yaşanan gelişmeler esnek üretim ve tedarik zinciri konularının önemini de giderek artırmıştır. Ayrıca teknolojinin hızlı gelişimi de şüphesiz tedarik zincirinde köklü değişiklikler yapmakta ve klasik tedarik zinciri tanımlarını da değiştirmektedir. Bu çerçevede, tedarik zinciri ve lojistik sektörlerindeki işletmeler küreselleşmeye daha fazla odaklanmalı ve bilgi teknolojilerini hammadde tedariğinden başlayarak ürünlerin son tüketicilere ulaştırılması ve müşteri memnuniyeti sağlanılması süreçlerine kadar daha yoğun bir şekilde kullanarak iş süreçlerine entegre etmelidirler. Yıkıcı bir teknoloji olarak tanımlanan ve merkeziyetsizlik, dağıtık defter teknolojisi, eşler arası ağ, değişmezlik gibi çekirdek özelliklere sahip olan blokzinciri teknolojisinin tedarik zinciri ile lojistik sektörleri için bahsedilen dijital belge ve işlem yönetimi ihtiyaçlarına çözümler sunabileceği düşünülmektedir. Ele alınan çalışmada blokzinciri teknolojisinin tedarik zinciri ve lojistik süreçlerin yerine getirilmesinde kullanılmasına dair kapsamlı araştırmalar ve analizler yapılmıştır.Summary:The management of supply chain and logistics workflow processes is becoming increasingly complex due to the increase in stakeholders and transactions in the chain. Therefore, developments in the sector with the ever-changing demands of consumers have increased the importance of flexible production and supply chain issues. In addition, the rapid development of technology undoubtedly makes radical changes in the supply chain and changes the classical supply chain definitions. In this context, businesses in the supply chain and logistics sectors should focus more on globalization and integrate their business processes with more intensive use of information technologies, from raw material supply to the delivery of products to end consumers and customer satisfaction. It is thought that blockchain technology, which is defined as a disruptive technology and has core features such as decentralization, distributed ledger technology, peer-to-peer network, invariance, can provide solutions to the mentioned digital document and transaction management needs for the logistics sector. In this study, extensive researches and analyzes were conducted on the use of blockchain technology in the supply chain and in the implementation of logistics processes.
