Akut Lenfoblastik Lösemi Tanılı Bir Olgunun Neuman Sistemler Modeli’ne Göre Değerlendirilmesi

Lösemiler, hematopoetik hücrelerin neoplastik değişimi ile karakterize hastalıklardandır. Bu olgu sunumunda, Akut Lenfoblastik Lösemi tanılı bir çocukta uygulanması gereken hemşirelik bakımı Neuman Sistemler Modeli yaklaşımı ve North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) tanıları ile ele alınmıştır. Neuman Sistemler Modeline dayalı oluşturulan hemşirelik sürecinin ilk adımında, olguya ilişkin bilgiler toplanmıştır. Olgunun verileri doğrultusunda altı farklı hemşirelik tanısı konulmuş, her bir hemşirelik tanısı için beklenen hasta sonuçları, girişimler ve hemşirelik tanısı sonuçları belirlenmiştir. Bu olgu sunumunda, özellikle 2-5 yaş grubunda görülen Akut Lenfoblastik Lösemi tanısı almış bir çocuğun sorunlarının çözülmesine ilişkin hemşirelik süreci yer almaktadır. Neuman Sistemler Modeli’nin hemşirelik bakımında kullanılması olguya bütüncül, sistematik ve planlı bir hemşirelik bakımı sunulması noktasında katkı sağlar

Leukemias are diseases characterized by neoplastic change of hematopoietic cells. In this case report, the nursing care of a child with acute lymphoblastic leukemia was evaluated by the Neuman Systems Model approach, and according to the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) diagnostic guideline. In the first step of the nursing process based on the Neuman Systems Model, data were collected about the case. According to the analysis of data, six different nursing diagnoses were identified. For each diagnosis, expected patient outcomes, interventions, and the results of nursing diagnosis were specified. In this case, a nursing process was presented for resolving the problems of a child diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which is especially seen in children between the ages of 2 and 5. The use of the Neuman Systems Model in nursing care contributes to a holistic, systematic, and planned nursing care.
