Serahsî’nin el-Mebsût isimli eserindeki ibadetler bahsinde geçen İmam Şâfiî’ye ait görüşlerin tespit ve tahkiki Determining and analyzing Imam Shafī’s ıdeasatthe worships chapter of al-Mabsut by al-Sarakhsi

ÖZETEl-Mebsût, Şemsü’l Eimme İmam es-Serahsî’nin, zorlu hapis şartları altında, kitap ve defterlerinden mahrum olmasına rağmen öğrencilerine yazdırdığı 30 ciltten oluşan muhteşem bir eserdir. Fıkhın bütün konuları genel hatlarıyla ele alınmış olup Hanefî mezhebinin görüşleri yanı sıra bazı konularda diğer mezhep alimlerinin görüşlerine de yer verilmiştir. İşte diğer mezhep imamlarından İmam Şâfiî’ye atfedilen görüşlerin tespit ve tahkiki, tezimizin konusunu oluşturmaktadır. İmam Şâfiî’ye nispet edilen görüşleri incelememizin sebepleri arasında hem görüşlerin doğruluğunu tespit etmek hem de bazı görüşlerin İmam Şâfiî’ye ait olmadığı tezi bulunmaktadır. Tezimiz, el-Mebsût’un ibadetler bölümünün temizlik ve namaz konusu özelinde hazırlanmıştır. Tezimiz iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde temizlik konusu ele alınmış olup bu bölümde İmam Şâfiî’ye nispet edilen 41 görüş tespit edilmiştir. Bu görüşlerin tahkiki sonucunda 37’sinin doğru nakledildiği ve 4’ünün de hatalı nakledildiği anlaşılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise namaz konusu ele alınmıştır. Namaz bölümünde İmam Şâfiî’ye nispet edilen 84 görüş tespit edilmiştir. Bu görüşlerin tahkiki sonucunda 71’inin doğru nakledildiği ve 13’ünün de hatalı nakledildiği anlaşılmıştır. Tezimizde, el-Mebsût’tan naklettiğimiz Şâfiî görüşleri, Hanefî görüşleri ile birlikte mukayeseli olarak sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak tespitini ve tahkikini yaptığımız İmam Şâfiî’ye nispet edilen 125 görüşün hepsi, Şâfiî kaynakları aracılığı ile konunun altında ayrı bir başlık ile açıklanmıştır.ABSTRACTKitab al-Mabsut is a magnificent work consisting of 30 volumes that Abu Bakr al-Sarakhsi had his students dictated under harsh prison conditions, despite being deprived of his books and notebooks. All the issues of fiqh are discussed in general terms, and the views of the Hanafi sect as well as the views of other sectarian scholars on some issues are included. The subject of our thesis is the determination and analysis of the opinions attributed to Imam Sahafi’s, one of the imams of other sects.Among the reasons for examining the views attributed to Imam Shafi is both to determine the accuracy of the views and the thesis that some views do not belong to Imam Shafi. Our thesis has been prepared on the subject of cleaning and prayer in the worship section of al-Mabsut. Our thesis consists of two parts. In the first chapter, the subject of cleanliness is discussed and in this chapter, 41 views attributed to Imam Shafi have been identified. As a result of the investigation of these views, it was understood that 37 of them were transmitted correctly and 4 of them were transmitted incorrectly. In the second part, the subject of prayer is discussed. In the prayer section, 84 views ascribed to Imam Shafi have been identified. As a result of the investigation of these views, it was understood that 71 of them were transmitted correctly and 14 of them were transmitted incorrectly. In our thesis, the Shafi views that we conveyed from al-Mabsut are presented in comparison with the Hanafi views. As a result, all of the 125 views attributed to Imam Shafi, which we have identified and analyzed, are explained under a separate heading under the subject through Shafi sources.
