Lösemiler, hematopoetik hücrelerin neoplastik değişimi ile karakterize hastalıklardandır. Bu olgu sunumunda, Akut Lenfoblastik Lösemi tanılı bir çocukta uygulanması gereken hemşirelik bakımı Neuman Sistemler Modeli yaklaşımı ve North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) tanıları ile ele alınmıştır. Neuman Sistemler Modeline dayalı oluşturulan hemşirelik sürecinin ilk adımında, olguya ilişkin bilgiler toplanmıştır. In this case report, the nursing care of a child with acute lymphoblastic leukemia was evaluated by the Neuman Systems Model approach, and according to the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) diagnostic guideline. In the first step of the nursing process based on the Neuman Systems Model, data were collected about the case. According to the analysis of data, six different nursing diagnoses were identified. For each diagnosis, expected patient outcomes, interventions, and the results of nursing diagnosis were specified. In this case, a nursing process was presented for resolving the problems of a child diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, which is especially seen in children between the ages of 2 and 5.
