The design of a compound mobile serial robot controlled remotely by a C# program utilizing the MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol is the main topic of this thesis. The robot is powered by a Raspberry Pi. The advantages of mobility and serial manipulators are combined in the compound mobile serial robot, allowing it to carry out difficult tasks in a variety of settings. As the main computer, the Raspberry Pi gives the robot and its control application connectivity and processing capability. Data interchange and command execution are made possible by the integration of the MQTT protocol, which guarantees effective and . . . dependable connection between the robot and the control system. The integration of the MQTT protocol, hardware components, mechanical design, kinematic and dynamic analysis of the robot, and software implementation are all investigated in this study. This thesis intends to stimulate additional ideas in the field of intelligent and remotely operated robotic systems by utilizing the capabilities of Raspberry Pi and MQTT. For the protocol implementation, a 4 DoF serial arm and the mobile station connected to it were designed with mechanical design and prototype production was made, additionally direct and inverse kinematics of the robot arm has automatized with the C# WinForm application, thanks to this developed application, robot arm control was fully automatized and controlled. The thesis has demonstrated a novel applicacation of the protocol to a compound mobile serial robot, only there is no video for both mobile and serial robot arm working at the same time. Tez boyunca elde edilen veriler ve istenen hareket özellikleri yardımıyla manipülatörün mikro kısmının kısıtlı çalışma alanı ve çalışma alanı optimize edilmiş kavramsal yapısal tasarımı ortaya çıkarmak için kinematik sentez prosedürü önerilmiştir.ABSTRACTUtilization of robotics in medical sciences has initiated many treatment opportunities that are otherwise impossible to be applied. Thanks to exponential technological growth through the field, new solutions, such as the integration of microrobots for surgical operations, have been started to be proposed for a variety of medical cases. One of the controversial scenarios amongst them can be given as the idea of generating hair cells located in cochlea by utilizing stem cell applications inside inner ear. Although the idea emphasized a lot in current medical literature, method of stem cell transfer to the narrow cochlear canals in vivo is still an unclear operation. Thus development of any possible methods that will ensure the usage of medical microrobots in small cochlear workspace is a challenging procedure. In light of this, prior to its structural design, current thesis tries to introduce workspace characterization of a macro-micro surgical robot manipulator that will carry an electromagnetic actuator at its end effector in order to generate motion of untethered microrobot located inside the cochlea. Due to the fact that human head will be a natural obstacle for the manipulator during the treatment, anthropomorphic data of adult individuals were utilized along with the scanned model of inner ear for revealing both obstacle dimensioning and cochlear localization. Throughout the thesis by the help of acquired data and desired motion characteristics constrained workspace of the micro portion of the manipulator was proposed along with a kinematic synthesis procedure to reveal its workspace optimized conceptual structural design Daha fazlası Daha az

ABSTRACTThroughout the human life, neurological disorders can occur in body areas due to accidents or other biological factors, which negatively affects human life by destroying nerve commands. In these scenarios, continuous and efficient exercises that focus on injured extremities have great benefits in regaining functional losses by retraining motor movements. Rehabilitation procedures need to be applied quickly in order to create neural plasticity and regain affected motor functions. Although theseactions are mostly performed by therapists in current rehabilitation procedures, robotic rehabilitation systems also begin to be inclu . . .ded in these treatments with the help of technological developments. In light of this, not only the accuracy of the exercises, but also the chances of recovery of patients have increased, because thereare a limited number of therapists compared to the increased rehabilitation needs associated with population growth. Given these facts, this thesis provides an effective methodology that includes the steps to be used for lower degrees of freedom robotic rehabilitation system designs and supports them with applications.ÖZETİnsan ömrü boyunca, vücut bölgelerinde kazalar veya diğer biyolojik faktörler nedeniyle nörolojik bozukluklar meydana gelebilir ve bu durum sinir komutlarını yok ederek insan yaşamını olumsuz yönde etkilerler.

ABSTRACTIndustrial robots currently used in industry all have their own interfaces and unique languages. These commonly used interfaces and languages are often limited to industry needs. Although there are several robotic solutions, practically all of them can't rectify problems on their own. When a program is required for a more complex task, machine vision locates objects and puts them in desired locations and for situations such as applying the correct force for assembly operations by measuring with force-torque sensors, they often need third-party programs as existing systems cannot respond alone.ÖZETEndüstride kullanılan endüst . .
