ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is investigate the efficacy of ozone and stromal vascular fraction (SVF) on guided bone regeneration model in rabbit calvarium. Thirty adult male New Zealand rabbits were used in this study. The study included ten groups, one of which was a control group. Two titanium barriers were fixed on each rabbit’s calvarium. ÖZETAmaç: Çalışmamızın amacı mandibular gömülü 20 yaş cerrahileri sonrası uygulanan Manuel Lenfatik Drenaj yönteminin ağrı, ödem ve trsimusa olan etkisini değerlendirmektir.Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamıza bilateral kemik retansiyonlu mandibular üçüncü molar dişi bulunan 46 hasta dahil edildi. Split-Mouth olarak planlanan çalışmada hastalara bir tarafın çekimini takiben Manuel Lenfatik Drenaj terapisi uygulandı. Diğer tarafta ise rutin postoperatif önerilerde bulunuldu.
